Write to us. A person answers.

The only mailbox is hola@guardianagroup.com. If the link opens nothing, copy the address into your mail program. It is read by the same person who writes the program: there is no auto-reply and no 24-hour support desk. Messages are answered in order, on working days.

What this address is for

• A bug. Say which version you have (guardiana version, or the panel's “Status” page), which system, and what happened. If you attach your ledger, read it first: it carries the names of your household. The lines that matter are enough.
• A question before installing, or about the Windows warning (it is explained here).
• You are a maker, a publisher or a service and something in an x-ray is inaccurate. It is corrected on the same page, with the date.
• Press. Everything that can be claimed is on the site and in the code; what cannot, cannot by email either.
• Plus refunds: 30 days, no questions (terms). Write from the address you bought with.

Security bugs

Same address, or follow security.txt: acknowledgement within 72 hours, an answer within 7 days, public credit if you want it, and the bug published once it is fixed.

Code and public issues

The whole program is at github.com/guardianagroup/guardiana (GPL-3.0). Anything that is not a security bug can be opened there, in the open.

What there is not, said here: no phone, no chat, no contact form. A form would need a server to collect what you type, and this site calls no server. Mail goes from your mail program to ours, and that is all.
